Frankie is an international, multi award-winning photographer based in Brampton, Cumbria. She creates captivating portraits of dogs & horses across Northern Cumbria & Northumberland, the Lake District, and beyond: celebrating animals in urban and pastoral landscapes, crafted to be worthy of your walls.
I'm Frankie, a dog and equine photographer based in Cumbria. My work has taken me across Asia and Africa, but there's nowhere I'd rather be than here in the Lakes and the North of England, photographing the animals I love against the landscapes that make this place so special. I work with natural light, plenty of patience, and a genuine love for what I do because the best images happen when everyone's relaxed and your dog or horse can just be themselves.
I'm incredibly proud to have been named Overall Photographer of the Year twice in 2025 by The Society of Photographers and The British Institute of Professional Photography, and I hold Fellowships with both. But the part I care about most? Making sure every session feels right for your animal. Whether they're shy, full of beans, or somewhere in between, we'll take our time and find those real moments together - the ones that remind you exactly why you love them.
